Boundaryscan: msg#00027

Subject: Boundaryscan
Hi everybody,
I developed a processor board on the basis of the MPC555. On this
board further periphery, like Flasch and SRAM are attached to the
address and data bus. Now this board is to be tested by boundaryscan.
As in the manual of the MPC555 described (chapter 22), I put the bits
11 and 16 of the reset configuration word to high level. Now the
processor is in boundaryscan mode and everything is fine. But I have
one problem: In boundaryscan mode the address and data bus are
configured as SGPIOA and SGPIOD, so the buses are driven by 5V. The
attached periphery components (Flasch and SRAM) are however only 3.3V
types. How can I configure the MPC555 that it drives the address and
data bus also in boundaryscan mode only with 3.3V?

Hope someone can help me...

Lars
