You loaded the firmware also, right?  Can you dump out the first 16 bytes of
bank 40?  From the loader prompt that's

We have developed a custom tini board that keeps having problems executing
from flash.
JavaKit always successfully loads Slush and passes it's CRC check, but when
I hit E it tells me
"no user code" and hangs.
Any ideas?
