You probably ment to send the whole error message, but was it something 
like this?:

Could not execute file: java.lang.RuntimeException: Detected incorrect 
executable API version = 800e, system currently using API Version = 9003

If you get this, it means that you TINIConverted your project to link 
against another firmware version.  Make sure you are using the correct 
tini.db file when you run TINIConvertor.
