DHCP misses on 100 base T

My tini reference board will frequently miss the DHCP response and give me
"DHCP IP error: no reply"
Has anyone else seen this?
Does anyone have any suggestions comments?
My other computers on the network seem to pick up the DHCP's IP fine, and
sometimes the tini does too, but not all the time.
