pb with tira 2 usb

Hello

I would like to know if someone has ever met difficulties using the 
tira-2 usb irda receiver : I'm using it for one mounth with a tablet pc 
: I had to return it to the constructor 5 time in a mounth  because when 
i plug the tira-2, the pc shut down and can't start any more...
