mode2 does not detect remote signal: msg#00062hardware.lirc
lirc is working fine, in that it is compiled, installed and operational on an FC4 system. I can run mode2 and detect my Hauppage remotes, among others. BUT, I have satellite receiver and DVD remotes and neither is detected at all by the mode2 application. is their any tweak I ca perform to my conf file to make the remotes be detected. My goal is to capture the satellite remote input so that I can ultimately use lirc to send commands to my satellite box. The remotes are operational, LIRC is operational; it simply will not detect the remote controls' signals. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
