--with-port=0x2F8 does not work

Hi,

I configured lirc-0.8.0 with the option --with-port=0x2F8. But when I try to 
load the lirc_serial module it fails. dmesg tells me it is because 3f8 is in 
use which is true. I have 8250 loded here. Anyway lirc_serial should have 
tried to use the free 2f8 port and not 3f8.
