I submitted a request for three replacement motors online about two months ago. 2 seized right out of the box (set 3038) and one has almost stopped working. (Since then I have had another one die on mee too) The following day I recieved a response from them that I should call customer service, upon doing so, I was told that I would probably be required to pay some money, which I have no problem with (I assumed they ment shipping costs). After a few minutes of being on hold I was told that they would ship me the motors at full price ($30 CAD/motor). I decided to forgo that, and still have the 3 motors (and one additional motor since) sitting around collecting dust... Perhaps I should try again... Jeff VW > Steve |
