RV: Need help with a CSV convertion

Hi. I am trying to convert the attached file (a csv) into any Mapsource
readable file.
What I need is to convert it as Track (instead of Waypoints) and the date
and time are needed in the Mapsource file.
I have tried with the Universal CSV type and it works fine but for the date
and time, it does not write that data into the final file.
Can anyone suggest something ?
