Subject: KML icons

I've long been using a version of GSAK v6 which ships with GPSBabel
1.3.1-1007. This version of GPSBabel generates KML files with icons that are
little white squares. Looking at the KML file, it says:
<Icon>
<href>root://icons/bitmap-4.png</href>
<x>160</x>
<w>32</w>
<h>32</h>
</Icon>

I'm just testing GSAK v7 which ships with GPSBabel v1.3.3. This version
creates KML files with things like the traditional cache icon etc. E.g.
<Icon>
<href>http://www.geocaching.com/images/kml/2.png</href>
</Icon>

There are two problems here. Firstly, this:

<Placemark>
<name>GCD154-PK</name>

uses the mystery cache icon though it's not even a cache. It's a manually
created (in GSAK) parking waypoint.

Secondly, I'd prefer to have the previous icon style for all KML waypoints.
I see there's a deficon parameter. What should I set this to?
kml,deficon="root://icons/bitmap-4.png"
looks like it will return it to the way it was, but I didn't see where this
link was coming from previously :-)

Cheers
Alan
