PE2650 : Which RAM module is bad ?

Hi,

On one of our PE2650 LCD, we saw this today:

E0CF5
LOG DISABLE SBE

The doc says that it is a bad memory module.

Is there a simple way to know which one it is ?
(Idealy, with not shutting down the system, like for example to run
memtest86)
