So, "round" anything from 8.0 to 4.0 -> 5.33(3) -> 187.5kHz,
from 4.0 to 2.0 -> 2.66(6) -> 375kHz,
2.0 to 1.0 -> 1.33(3) -> 750kHz, etc. ?

As USBasp itself is a Low Speed USB device (1.5 Mbit/s), is there a
point to include 1.5MHz option? Or it will be overkill already?
