LCD and backlight on h3600

Hi to all

I have some doubt on how to match the backlight functionality offered by 
the backlight class of devices and the ipaq h3600 hardware.

some points :
- the power on/off of backlight and LCD is managed via EGPIO on SA1110
- the brightness level is managed via the atmel micro

At now i have write 2 platform devices, h3600-bl (backlight) and 
h3600-micro (comunication with micro), and i have to write h3600-lcd to 
control on/off of LCD power

my doubt :
- what should be the parent of h3600-bl ??? h3600-micro or sa11x0-fb
- can i 'split' backlight control the on-ff in the h3600.c using EGPIO 
and brightness level on micro.c using the micro ? have sense to do it in 
this way ?
