Submit early, submit often. I believe that you have the correct way of going
about adding a new machine, also.

If interested, email admin-CN5wO63fgwogsBAKwltoeQ@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx about CVS
access, although let
email this list with a few patches first.

Hi,

I've been getting 2.6 running on the Palm LifeDrive (see http://handhelds.org/moin/moin.cgi/PalmLifeDrive). To do this I've added an arch/arm/mach-pxa/palm/ directory containing palm.c which contains the MACHINE_START and the pxafb settings. I've also added a Palm PDA branch and Palm LifeDrive entry to the Intel PXA2xx Implementations tree of Kconfig.

Could someone please confirm whether this is the appropriate way of adding an extra machine? Also, would it preferred for me to submit a patch now with basic boot and framebuffer working or should I wait until I have the GPIOs and some of the other drivers done?
