Familiar + Debian chroot

I wrote some notes on getting Familiar working and then a Debian chroot
on an SD card for full software availability.  At the time I was unable
to get wifi working with familiar and I still haven't seen anyone point
out exactly how to rectify that ;), but other than that it might be of
interest to someone.
