max num files for CF reflash in bootldr 2.20.4 on 3950?

If I put more than two listings in reflash.ctl, I can only select two of 
the listings: the top one and the bottom one.  I'm using a 3950 with 
bootloader 2.20.4 installed.  I was going to reflash the bootloader to 
2.20.12, but I put its listing in the middle of the other listings in my 
reflash.ctl (that's when I noticed the problem).

Before I edit reflash.ctl and upgrade my bootloader, I wanted to see if 
anyone was interested in this problem (I'll keep the old bootloader for 
a little while longer).
