Bootloader is NOT supported on the NEC MobilePro P300. Had you succeeded in
programming it, you would've easily caused your device to fail. Do *NOT* try
installing bootldr on any device other than a supported iPAQ.

*However*, assuming you are working on a port, I'll explain the rest to you:

Looks like your flash needs Vpp to be applied. Do you need to enable a GPIO?
This error would indicate that the flash hasn't got the right voltage to
program.

Bootblaster tries to clean up after itself and runs into the same issue.

Looks like your flash is safe for now. Don't try reprogramming it again.
