BootBlaster and bootloader

On mine ipaq 3130 I have  "Parrot mode" modality only. (by pressing action button and soft reset)

In this modality, it is possible to install Bootblaster and bottloader for traing the Linux Familiar installation?

J have expansion pack,32\256 MB CF and serial connection;can j use Hyperterminal to tray it??
