Yep.
But even without talking of using the serial port, I should see a

this Bootloader on the serial port, hold the joypad center and reset.

Just to be sure: what I do to reset the iPaq is to push the tiny button
that is "under" the iPaq and only accessible with a pen, then I
immediately push the joypad centered and I try to put the iPaq back on its
craddle while it's rebooting. First holding the joypad and then reseting
the iPaq makes it vibrate, not reset.

Any idea? Thanks for your time anyway.
