BootBlaster compile

Hi,

I'm trying to make BootBlaster not crash on my h5550, so I'm trying to
build it with eVC++ 4.0, and having a hard time. Hints appreciated.

So far, I commented the include of winver.h in newver.h, which enabled me
to load the resources, but now its barfing on

static SHACTIVATEINFO s_sai;

saying there's a ';' missing in front of the identifier.

SHACTIVATEINFO is only in MFC\include\afxwin.h, but including that doesnt'
seem to help.
