I discovered this while setting the XML feed orderby=starttime option.
However upon closer inspection the bug also affects the HTML agenda,
which I'm assuming is probably building itself from the same resource
BTW my google calendar in the Eastern timezone.
Here's how to reproduce it. Create an all day event on 9/15. Then
create a 1 hour event at 9:00pm the night before (9/14)
Now go grab the XML feed and use the orderby=starttime, or grab the
HTML Agenda. In the XML everything will be in order except the 9/15
and 9/14 events, they'll be flipped. In the HTML Agenda the 9/14 item
will show up on 9/15 at 9pm.
Move the 9:00pm event back to 5pm and all is back to normal.
