Sorry for the false alarm. 1.0.3 version of the Java client libraries
is not yet available for download from our website. We've released it
internally, but the zip file has not yet migrated to the external
website.
You can tell which package you download by checking the
RELEASE_NOTES.txt file in the java subdirectory. The newest version
is v1.0.3, and will be available for download here
(http://code.google.com/apis/gdata/download/gdata.java.zip) sometime in
the next N days, where N <= 3.
We'll make another announcement when it's publically available. Watch
