making binary for mysql

I use gcc to make the binary for mysql(3.23.49) on
Solaris 8
using ./configure --with-low-memory --enable-assembler
--enable-thread-safe-client --with-extra-charsets=complex

when it makes the client mysqlbinlog, I got the error
undefined symbol _cxa_pure_virtual.

Please help me if someone had met this error before.
