Hi Luke,

Yes that looks like the one :) From my previous email, it appears linking
with binmode.o doesn't solve the problem so I'm guessing this will require a
source fix.

I appreciate how busy everyone is, and so does anyone know roughly the
timescale in which something like this could be fixed? (I noticed that even
with your comment modifying, the bug still disappears into the large backlog
with a date of March 2004)
