I think the test needs to be rewritten to examine the --jobs-fd option
in MAKEFLAGS and ensure that it's the same before and after the re-exec,
rather than relying on using a particular FD.

No show-stoppers yet... but it's only been out for a couple of days. If
it stays like this we might even get it out _before_ April 1.
Maybe we'll hold it up until April 1 ... just for fun :-).
