ANN: new mailing list: autotools-announce@xxxxxxx

[Please repost and forward wherever it is appropriate.]

We have setup a new mailing list, autotools-announce@xxxxxxx, that
will carry announcements for releases *and* beta-releases of Autoconf,
Automake, Gettext, and Libtool.

This is intended to be a read-only and low-traffic list, for people
that cannot afford reading each tool's list, but still would like to
hear about new releases, or are willing to test pre-releases.  If you
know such people, please tell them.
