Thanx.  Applied to HEAD and branch-1-5.  I've also added lt_dlloader.h.

There is also tla get gary@xxxxxxxxxxxxx/libtool--devo--1.0 if cvs is 
stalled
for some reason... eg. savannah times out for me 2 times out of every 3 
right
now :-(  I'm thinking of adding automatic retries to my scripts!
