Drivers are DLLs that need to implement a couple of specific functions, and that may need special installation. Yes, this is possible with cegcc. An example recently created by Pedro is in the tools/PipeLib directory of our SVN. Obviously the Linux device driver and the WinCE device driver have different characteristics.
