Gnorpm

hi... everybody... i am a new guy here... and i am
seeking some help from you all...
 
currently i am learning about the installer system in
Linux.. and i found the program called Gnorpm is a
very interesting program with the graphical base. but
i couldn't understand how it is implemented.. even i
have a look through its source code...
 
could anyone provide me a complete documentation about
its implementation? i just need to know how these
people code it.. thanks.. and this piece of program
only can deal with .rpm files, right? why dun make it
with more powerful feature, that can handle various
type of files?
