Subject: Re: Trying To Compile Monodevelop

There must be some easier way to find the required packages...

No package 'gtksourceview-sharp-2.0' found

The latest gtksourceview-sharp I could find was 0.5, which was linked from the Monodevelop website.

when I noticed that 0.6 was posted to the website. However, 0.6 tells me I need gtk-sharp 2.0 and I must be having an off day because I can't seem to find a tarball for that anywhere with Google. Any links?

You can download gtk-sharp 2.0 from http://gtk-sharp.sourceforge.net. Look for one of the 1.9.x releases.
