Compiling Solutions with Mono

Hello

I've installed the MonoDevelop with the bin file that I have downloaded
from go-mono.com. After that I've downloaded all the RPM files and
installed because one of the dependencies was not in the bin file.

Now I want to compile a simple developed application (Glade# for
example) and  the MonoDevelop don't create the files in the bin/Debug...
WHY?

What is wrong with my MonoDevelop?
