Enabling mono-debugger-svn in monodevelop

As I am making monodevelop my primary IDE (learning C#), I want
to enable mono-debugger in Monodevelop (0.6).
I am using mono-debugger-svn (gentoo overlay from latexer)

I found some link to a howto but the website isn't working:

(another question: Is it possible to enable syntax-higlighting and
