I have such instructions for building from SVN on FC3, but I can't put
them on the Wiki because I can't create an account -- I'm not receiving
my password.  I mentioned this in a post on March 20th, but I haven't
received any response, and the problem still exists.  

FWIW, I also tried sending an earlier version of the instructions to
mrproper@xxxxxxxxxx (as instructed on the website) but never received a
response -- he no longer appears to be active on the list.
