syntax highlighting preferences

Hey all,
        I have added the ability to customize the color and style of syntax
highlighting in svn.  It is under Edit, Preferences, Text Editor, Syntax
highlighting.  If you have any problems after customizing things or with
starting monodevelop just rm
~/.config/MonoDevelop/SyntaxHighlighting.xml and let me or preferably
this list know about any problems.

If there are any glade masters that want to improve the preference
dialog I would appreciate it.
