wgo: moving forward

(I thought I post this in a fresh and clean email and not append it to
my previous long one...)

Todo items we should tackle next:

 * Define the content and scope of www.gnome.org (needs coordinator)
 * improve CMS requirements and update the audits
 * start setting up CMS sandboxes so we can play
 * come up with representative sample content for the sandboxes
