xmlreader and TODO

While looking into the xmlTextReader interface, I noticed that several
functions still need to be implemented -- for example, ReadString.

As I've been out of the development loop of libxml for a while, and
thus do not really know who is working on what, I want to ask if anybody
is currently implementing those? If not, I am going to implement those
that I need.
