Changes
=======

* hide the drawing mouse cursor if there is no
  mouse activity there (keys will continue to work,
  but for mouse pan to work, you’ll need to first
  move the mouse so the cursor reapear)
* [bug] checksum summary was not computed correctly
* [bug] windows SFV files were not parsed correctly
* [bug] sfv checking was failing in some cases

Note: I've released this one so soon after the 0.9.11 as that had a 
serious bug in how the SFV files were parsed. Hopefully this one is 
doing the job better. On Linux it should work, but on Windows there are 
still problems with SFV parsing. The MD5 parsing should work on both (I 
hope). If the viewer reports a file as having wrong SFV or MD5 and you 
are sure that this is not so, please put the archive somewehere on the 
web and send me the link to take it and see what is wrong ...
