Correction ... in RE: encoding problem, py2exe, TextView

Sigh.

I altered my setup.py to look like *this*:

...
'py2exe': {
   'includes': 'pango,atk,gobject,encodings.utf_8'
...

and *that* worked. Sorry about the last incorrect message.
