The file list you give is the package you made for pygtk and gnome-python. In order for gnome-python to build correctly you'll also need the headers of the libraries it wraps. Unless things have changed with slackware, the headers should already be installed. Anyway, the best input you could give us is the end of the configure script. iirc, it tells what's to be built.
