I think is deprecated, see also gtkmm reference, gtk.FileChooserDialog as far
as I understood it also implements ATK interface.

Strange, I'm using it on GNU/Linux without any problem, my version of pygtk is
2.4.1 and gtk+ 2.4.13-r1
