Debug output from poplib and notebook tabs

My question is basically this:

 

I am popping mail through the poplib.

It allows 3 levels of debug info.

I would like to put the debug info into Notebook tab 2.

And pull the actual mail headers into Notebook tab 1.

 

presently I can pull the mail headers into tab 1. Is there a special way to pull the debug text into the tab?
