This bundling of everything into one package was a nightmare for
distributing gtk-perl. We have a lot of machines are work that do not
have GNOME installed, and we ended up having to hack apart the Makefile
to ensure that only GTK+ components were packaged.

I would *strongly* encourage gtk2-perl and related packages to be
packaged separately, much like GTK+/GNOME are.
