$ locate cookbook.3
/usr/share/man/man3/Gtk::cookbook.3pm.gz
$ locate reference.3
/usr/share/man/man3/qdomentityreference.3qt.gz  (... eh?)
$ rpm -qf /usr/share/man/man3/Gtk::cookbook.3pm.gz
Gtk-Perl-0.7008-3

Looks like I have the cookbook but not the reference.  This is from RH72.
