That "little binary file" from Blake McBride turned out to be a tar
archive.
I have packaged it properly and attached it to this message. If anyone is
interested, please take a look and get in touch with me. I'm involved in
another project that involves porting right now, but in a few months I'll
have the time and the knowledge.
