Subject: Smiley problem in Help->About (oldstatus)

Hello Tim!

You wrote some code for showing compilation options in Help->About. I find
this very useful.

But, in my setup, there is a small display problem of this. I compile with

CFLAGS="-O2 -pipe -march=athlon-xp -I/usr/local/silc-client/include" \
LDFLAGS="-Wl,-rpath,/opt/mozilla/lib" \
./autogen.sh ...

Now "Arguments to ./configure:" should be

... "CFLAGS=-O2 -pipe -march=athlon-xp ...".

Unfortunately, Gaim translates "=-O" to a smiley and displays this smiley.

It looks funny, but seems to be a bug.

Is it possible to disable smileys in this dialog?

Regards, Björn
