Yeah, really if it's a kiosk (or otherwise public terminal) they should be
wiping all the preferences and starting from scratch for each user, not just
wiping the account list. I don't really think Gaim should handle anything
along these lines. They can just replace /home/kioskuser with pre-configured
files or something.

And I don't think we really NEED the ability to have a guest user. But I
suppose if someone can think of a really sexy way to do that then it'd be ok.
