Performance Meter manual updated (Solaris-only application)

I just updated the Performance Meter online manual in CVS HEAD. This is
a Solaris-specific application. Here are the details:

Package: GNOME Performance Meter
Documentation maintainer: Sun (from DocTable)
Writer: Sun
CVS location: gperfmeter/doc/C
Files updated: gnome-perfmeter.xml, gnome-perfmeter-C.omf, l10n.txt
Reason for update: To fix

abd to add a l10n.txt with instructions for the L10N team about how to 
set up screenshots.
