One thing you might consider is to get an external HDD. Either get a
package with disk and enclosure or buy them separately. (I have an
external enclosure just to make it easy to hook old disks I still have
to my computer.)

You can typically get external drives pretty cheaply as well.

Anyways, it's probably not the suggestions you were looking for. But
to be honest I think it's the best one in the long run. (Switching
DVDs is rather annoying, even with support from the program.)
