Killing CVS

I've killed CVS:
* DNS (anoncvs*, cvs)
* Apache (http://cvs.gnome.org/)
* cvspserver (xinetd)
* rsync (xinetd; mirror of CVS directories)

Container used to be used by cvs.rpm.org as well, but they switched to
Git without informing us.

Also noticed some cronjobs.

Anyway, container now only handles sysadmin.gnome.org and NFS.
