See the other email in gnome-infrastructure for the details. Only
requires a bit of Python knowledge IMO. For the DOAP file, there is
something in gitadmin-bin (?) which can read these those files.

Anyone knowing Django, please look at the django branch of Mango and
help out. I've gotten stuck various times (django expects a db, while we
use ldap as backend).
